All submissions must adhere strictly to the standard two-column format. Papers exceeding 16 pages without prior editorial approval will be returned for revision.
1. Manuscript Structure
- Title: Concise, informative, and avoiding abbreviations.
- Abstract: 150–250 words describing problem, methodology, results, and significance.
- Keywords: 4 to 6 index terms for indexing.
- Sections: Introduction, Related Work, Proposed Architecture / Methodology, Experimental Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
- References: Strict IEEE citation style [1], [2].
2. Plagiarism & Integrity Policy
The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism and intellectual property infringement.
- Maximum acceptable similarity index is 15% (excluding references).
- Single-source similarity must not exceed 2%.
- All manuscripts are scanned automatically via Turnitin / iThenticate.
3. Open Access & APC Policy
In accordance with institutional academic commitment:
- No Article Processing Charges (APC): Publishing is 100% free of charge for students and faculty.
- Creative Commons CC BY 4.0: Authors retain copyright while permitting unrestricted reading and distribution.
- Immediate Open Access: Articles are public immediately upon publication.
